Private Drama partnered with Save the Children to produce a special Jubilee Celebration to thank guests for their significant support and raise funds to help Save the Children keep children across the world safe, healthy and learning.
Private Drama designed the afternoon with a Tree of Hope, for guests to hang flowers to stand in solidarity with children living in conflict and crisis. As well as hearing from Save the Children ambassadors including Sir Michael Morpurgo and Luke Evans, guests also had the opportunity to step inside a Child Friendly Space, one of the charity’s emergency interventions to provide children with a protected space full of toys, books and arts and crafts – to help them remember how to laugh, play and be children again.
Held at Kensington Palace Pavilion and attended by their patron HRH The Princess Royal, it was hosted by Save the Children ambassador and presenter Natasha Kaplinsky OBE. It was attended by over 200 guests including high profile supporters Luke Evans, Sir Michael Morpurgo, Misan Harriman, Laura Bailey, Joely Richardson, Nicki Chapman and McFly band members Danny Jones, Harry Judd and Dougie Poynter.
